mac users! please help

Post by Brit[t] » Tue Sep 01, 2009 10:05 pm

okay, soo...i might have gone about this all wrong in the first place

anyway, to load petz again, I downloaded CrossOver, and then proceeded to install Catz and Dogz 4 onto my Macbook. I also installed direct X 8.1.

the program works, but it is incredibly slow. I tried downloading the patch to upgrade it to petz 4.2 but that's not working either.

ahh..any suggestions?
or should i try some completely different route of loading a windows program onto my lovely mac?

I don't have a mac but.. are the petz moving slow or is the program itself slow? If that makes sense.
'Cause if the petz are just moving slowly you could always try using petzA to adjust the game speed and see if that helps.

crossover's alright.
Fusion tends to work best for media/ graphic programs.
...at this point, I think I’m an elder god
